Accessibility
NeuraLoop builds intelligence systems for people who protect others. That work only means something if the people we build for, and the people who visit us here, can actually use what we make. We are committed to making this website accessible to everyone.
Everyone should be able to use this site
We design for people who are blind or have low vision, people who are Deaf or hard of hearing, people with motor or mobility disabilities, people with cognitive or learning disabilities, and people with speech disabilities, together with the assistive technologies they rely on, including screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, and keyboard-only navigation.
The standard we are working toward
We are building this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and aligned with the European standard EN 301 549. These guidelines ask that content be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. We treat them as the baseline, not the finish line.
We want to be straight with you. Accessibility is continuous work, not a certificate on a wall. Parts of this site use rich motion and video, and we are actively improving how those behave for every visitor. We do not claim that every page is perfect today. We are telling you the standard we hold ourselves to, and we are asking you to tell us where we fall short.
What already works
Keyboard navigation. You can reach and operate the site using a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link that lets you jump straight past the navigation.
Assistive technologies. The site is built with semantic structure, landmark regions, and ARIA roles so that screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice-control software, and other assistive technologies can present and operate it.
Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, we honour that preference and calm the animation and background video automatically.
On-site accessibility controls. Open the Accessibility panel from the footer at any time to reduce motion, switch to high contrast, increase text size, or underline links. Your choices are remembered on your device, so the site stays the way you set it.
Where we are still improving
We are continually reviewing colour contrast in our darker palettes, the size and spacing of interactive controls, the behaviour of our animated and video sections, and text alternatives for visual content. If something here does not work for you, that is information we want, and we will act on it.
Tell us, and we will fix it
If you hit a barrier on this site, or if you need any information from us in a different format, please reach us at privacy@neuraloopai.com or through our contact page. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or settings you were using, and we will respond and work with you to put it right.
