DIVISIONS
The governed divisions of NeuraLoop — each with its own mandate,
boundary discipline, and accountability across the intelligence architecture.
Nine governed divisions. One sovereign architecture.
NeuraLoop's operational capability is organised into governed divisions, each with its own mandate, boundary discipline, and accountability. Together they compose the architecture through which spatial intelligence becomes institutional action, reviewable by leadership, counsel, insurers, and regulators.
The perception-cognition spine is formed by INPSN (predictive spatial safety), SIGNET (optical corroboration), and MYTHIC (cognitive coordination). Defence & Sovereign Intelligence provides intelligence support to national security frameworks for sovereign and private parties operating under lawful mandate, and Division-0 operates as the intelligence directorate for open-source intelligence (OSINT). Cybersecurity secures digital integrity and resilience across the architecture; Protector and Shield deliver residential and proximity protection; and Infrastructure governs protection execution at scale.
Each division operates under the same constitutional discipline: no division performs licensed enforcement activity, commands operational personnel, or substitutes for sovereign authorities, statutory bodies, or licensed agencies. The divisions enable those parties to act with better intelligence, never to be replaced by it.
Nine divisions, one institution. Each operates within governance, context precedes interpretation, restraint precedes execution, and authority remains sovereign.
