Website Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website. The website is operated by NeuraLoop Surveillance Intelligence Private Limited (CIN U80100KA2024PTC189461), a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office in the State of Karnataka (“NeuraLoop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern the public website only. They do not govern any product, deployment, or engagement, which are the subject of separate written instruments.
Acceptance
By accessing or using this website you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Website Privacy Notice, which is incorporated by reference. These Terms apply to every visitor and require no account or signature. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
If you use the website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and references to “you” include it.
Scope and precedence
These Terms concern this website as an institutional and informational resource. They do not describe, and do not govern, how any deployed system processes information on behalf of a client, nor any procurement, evaluation, or contractual relationship with NeuraLoop.
Any product terms, master agreement, statement of work, evaluation agreement, non-disclosure agreement, or other written instrument executed between you and NeuraLoop governs the subject matter it addresses and prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict. Nothing in these Terms varies, supplements, or qualifies such an instrument.
Eligibility
This website is intended for an institutional and professional audience. It is not directed to children, requires no registration, and solicits no age information. By using it you confirm that you are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and are at least 18 years of age, subject to any stricter threshold imposed by the law that applies to you.
You must not use this website where doing so is prohibited by the law that applies to you, or where you are barred from receiving its content under applicable trade, export-control, or sanctions law.
The website is informational
The website presents general information about NeuraLoop and its posture. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to offer, a solicitation, a quotation, a warranty, a technical specification, or a commitment of any kind, and nothing on it creates a contractual or evidentiary basis for any claim.
Information may be updated, supplemented, corrected, or withdrawn at any time without notice. You should not act, or refrain from acting, in reliance on any statement on this website. Use of the website creates no advisory, fiduciary, agency, professional, or contractual relationship between you and NeuraLoop.
Illustrative content
Imagery, motion, renderings, diagrams, and other depictions across this website are illustrative, conceptual, redacted, or forward-looking. They do not portray any actual deployed system, operation, environment, person, event, or result, and they do not state any performance figure or export-eligible offering.
Forward-looking statements describe intent and direction only; outcomes are not assured. No depiction on this website constitutes a representation of fact, a specification, or a measure of capability.
Acceptable use
You may access this website for lawful, informational purposes, in a manner consistent with these Terms, with our published access directives, and with all applicable law. You are responsible for any use of the website carried out through your connection or systems.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the website or its infrastructure, or conduct any penetration test, without our prior written authorisation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, any account, any server, or any system or network connected to it;
- scrape, harvest, index, mine, or systematically extract content, or use any automated means to access the website, or collect content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model, except as a conventional search engine acting in accordance with our published directives;
- interrupt, overload, or degrade the website, or conduct any denial-of-service attack or other interference with its availability or integrity;
- introduce or transmit any malware, or any code, file, or routine intended to damage, disable, or impair any system or data;
- decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source or structure of the website or its protective controls;

Security, anti-abuse, and automated access
This website is protected by strictly necessary security and abuse-prevention measures, operated on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the website and the establishment or defence of legal claims. These include behavioural signals that distinguish human visitors from automated traffic, a device characteristic used for fraud prevention, automated rate-limiting, and the preservation of security logs and evidence. We describe them in our Website Privacy Notice.
These automated measures are tripwires. They are signals, not determinations of wrongdoing, and they do not by themselves decide that you have breached these Terms. Any material restriction of access is reviewed by a person at NeuraLoop; no decision producing a legal or similarly significant effect concerning you is made solely by automated means. You may seek that review, or appeal a restriction, through the channels in our Privacy Notice.
You must not characterise, defeat, evade, or test these measures other than as we expressly authorise in writing. Where the law permits, we preserve relevant logs and evidence for security purposes and for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. If you believe you have identified a genuine security issue, contact us before taking any further step and allow us a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, imagery, motion, design, layout, graphics, marks, and their selection and arrangement — is owned by NeuraLoop or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable law. Except for the limited licence in section 10, no right, title, or interest in any such content is transferred to you.
Limited licence to view
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and view this website for your own informational, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the website except as these Terms expressly permit or as applicable law allows without consent. This licence ends automatically on any breach of these Terms.
Trademarks
The NeuraLoop name, logo, and other marks displayed on this website are trademarks of NeuraLoop, whether registered or unregistered. You acquire no right to use them. They may not be used without our prior written authorisation, and not in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. Other marks appearing on the website are the property of their respective owners.
Submissions and feedback
Do not send us confidential, proprietary, or unsolicited material through this website. Any communication you submit through general channels is received in the ordinary course, is treated as non-confidential, and creates no engagement, obligation, or duty on our part. Submit confidential material only under a separate written agreement.
If you choose to send us feedback, comments, or suggestions about the website, you grant NeuraLoop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable licence to use them for any purpose, without obligation or attribution. This licence is limited to such feedback and does not extend to any other material.
Third-party links
The website may reference or link to third-party resources for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices, and a reference or link is not an endorsement. Your access to and use of any third-party resource is at your own risk and is governed by that party’s own terms.
Export controls and sanctions
As an Indian company, NeuraLoop conducts its activities in accordance with the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 and the controls on Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment and Technologies (SCOMET) administered under India’s Foreign Trade Policy, together with applicable sanctions law.
This website is an informational resource and transfers no controlled technology, software, or technical data. Nothing on it is an offer to supply any item that is subject to export authorisation. This website is not subscribed to, and these Terms do not invoke, the export-control regimes of any other country, including the United States International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations.
Regulatory cooperation and legal process
We respond to valid legal process and cooperate with lawful authority, while declining any demand that is overbroad or unlawful. Where we are required to do so, we may preserve relevant records, including under a legal hold. This section reflects our institutional posture; it neither enlarges any obligation beyond what the applicable law requires nor serves as a threat to any user.
No warranty
The website and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors or harmful components, or that any content is complete, accurate, or current. Your use of the website is at your own risk. Where applicable law does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, the exclusions apply to the extent permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NeuraLoop and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this website, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability may be limited but not excluded, our total liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify NeuraLoop and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates against claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses (including legal costs) to the extent they arise from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party. Your liability under this section is proportionate to your responsibility for the matter and does not extend to loss caused by us. We may assume the conduct of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the website — in whole or in part, with or without notice — to protect its availability, integrity, and users, or where you breach these Terms or applicable law. Restriction of access for security reasons is subject to the human review described in section 8.
Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, submissions and feedback, no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and jurisdiction, dispute resolution, and these general provisions — survive any termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the website, or the law. When we do, we revise the effective date and version shown above, and material changes are made evident on this page. Your continued use of the website after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them or this website, are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to section 22, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this website.
Where mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law in your country of residence grants you rights that cannot be derogated from by agreement, nothing in this section deprives you of those rights or of the protection of the courts that the law reserves to you.
Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises out of or relating to these Terms or this website, the parties will first attempt to resolve it in good faith through discussion. We engage genuinely with concerns raised this way, and most can be settled without further step.
Any dispute not resolved within a reasonable period will be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration is Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; the tribunal comprises a sole arbitrator; and the language of the arbitration is English. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from the courts identified in section 21, and nothing in it overrides any non-derogable remedy reserved to you by the law that applies to you.
Grievance redressal
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we maintain a designated Grievance Officer for users in India. The name and contact details of the Grievance Officer, and the procedure for raising a grievance, are set out in the India section of our Website Privacy Notice.
General questions about these Terms may be directed to info@neuraloopai.com. To exercise a data-protection right, please use our privacy request form.
General provisions
These Terms, together with the documents they reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuraLoop concerning your use of this website and supersede any prior understanding on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect, and the unenforceable provision is to be read, so far as possible, to give effect to its intent.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to a successor in connection with a reorganisation or transfer of the business. There are no third-party beneficiaries to these Terms. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
